​For users who created an account with Plus Adtech using Facebook login and wish to delete their data, please follow these steps:

1. ​Go to your Facebook account's "Settings and Privacy." Click 'Settings.'
2. Look for "Apps and Websites." You will see all apps and websites linked to your Facebook account.
3. Search for and click on "Plus Adtech" in the search bar. Scroll and click 'Remove'

​If you want to permanently delete your account from our database, please contact us through our official LINE chat: @plus-platform or email [email protected] with the following information:

1. ​Your verified phone number associated with the account
2. Your email address (if you haven't verified a phone number on the account)

​Warning: Once an account is deleted from our database, it is permanent, and any data in your account will be irretrievable. This includes, but is not limited to, any unused booking credits you may have in your account. Plus Adtech will not be responsible for retrieving or verifying deleted data upon user request.
